We take your health and ours very seriously. That’s why we have put in place strict measures and protocols to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in our offices. We are READY and we can’t wait to see you, starting june 3rd 2020!

Patients will be asked to:

Sanitize their hands at the arrival and before they leave the clinic.

Answer to Covid-19 screening questions, when they take an appointment and when they arrive to the clinic.

Keep social distancing at all times when they’re not in the operating room.

Come unaccompanied to the clinic. If you come accompanied, your companion will have to wait outside.

No walk-in patients will be permitted, only those who have an appointment.

Arrive on time! Not later or sooner than your appointment!​
Covid-19 screening questions :

Have you received a Covid-19 positive test result in the last 21 days or are you waiting for one?
-
Do you have any of the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing or loss of smell?

Do you have any of the following: body aches, headache, loss of taste, diarrhea or a sore throat?
-
Have you been in a close contact (less than 2 meters for more than 15 minutes) with a confirmed or suspected Covid-19 patient?​
Measures put in place for our staff:

Hand washing before and after each patient and multiple times during dental and disinfection procedures.

Depending on the procedure, different PPE will be obligatory and strict protocols are put in place. Rooms disinfection, PPE replacement as well as PPE manipulation is very well practiced to prevent transmission and cross contamination.

Social distancing will be respected among our staff.

We have all the necessary PPE: face shields, masks, protection goggles, gowns and covers.

Rooms will be disinfected after each use.
-
Air purifiers have been installed in each room.

Reception area will be disinfected during the day.
-
Payment terminals are no-touch or will be disinfected after each use.
